Which one of these two will help the World

Say what you will about China. Whatever you want to call them - their system works for the people! In less than 100 years they have moved from nothing to producing goods and services for the Whole World. Virtually no poverty. All America does is make weapons, start illegal wars. To sell weapons they have to create fear in their citizens and their allies. The 'allies'  are tired of fighting Americas wars.  Friends in America "why you put up with it?"   Your infrastructure is shot, One fourth of citizens are in, or close to, the poverty line. SAD
