Friends, FACT: empires fall (Spanish, Napolean, Ottoman, Roman, British,etc.  Any ideas which one is next?  Remember the little goldfish, quite comfortable in his bowl?  That was his 'whole World.'  Many of us have arranged to move. But note, don't go to a country whose currency is based on the US Dollar.
